As the HR Manager at RoseRyan, you will play a critical role in driving the HR function and supporting the company's growth and success.
As the HR Manager, you will collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. You will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the continued success of RoseRyan.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and values.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.Lead employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Experience in the accounting or finance industry is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Salary Range: $100-130k
