The goal of RPA is to ensure that clients feel comfortable while working on their well-being and self-improvement.

Role DescriptionThis is a 1099 independent contract, hybrid role for a Psychologist at Royalton Psychological Associates, LLC located in North Royalton, OH, with some flexibility for remote virtual work. The Psychologist will work primarily with youth, young adults, and families to create a safe, therapeutic environment while utilizing up-to-date therapeutic techniques to best serve clients' needs. There will also be opportunities for some adult work if interested. The position can be part or full time.

QualificationsValid license to practice psychology in the state of Ohio.Experience working with youth, young adults, and/or families in a therapeutic environment.Willingness to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
