Accounting Manager & Financial Planner
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Prepare and present financial reports, compliance certificates and presentations.Participate and compile annual budgets, projections and cash forecasts.Analyze financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts and prior periods.Assist in streamlining and enhancing financial reporting capabilities.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested.Review and analysis of financial statements and key metrics for assigned areas.Prepare and review of various month-end closing schedules.Assist Controllers in all functions.Review and calculate payroll information before transmission to ADP.Review monthly financial results.Research trade receivables for usage and compile information from clients to adjust receivables.Oversee payments and reports to outside sales firms.Liaise with external auditors and provide documentation as necessary.Help design and implement internal controls over accounting processes.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES May lead projects.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.5 years of Accounting/Finance experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish required). Advanced Excel skills.
