The position: The Asset Manager is responsible for supporting RPM Investments in the management of assets and client relationships.
- This role can be based out of Dallas, Houston, or Atlanta.
ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic oversight of a portfolio of assets, to include:o Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performanceo Identification of property-level and market trends and formulate strategies to maximize the value of each asset in accordance with its business plano Quarterly property tours and performance reviews for portfolio assetso Review marketing programs and pricing for portfolio assetsCompile monthly and quarterly reports for equity partnersPerform cash flow analysis and generate distribution recommendationsMonitoring the status of renovation and capital improvement projects and perform return on investment calculationsAssistance in preparing construction budget and management of construction draws from debt and equity sourcesCompiling market research (e.g. market studies and competitive set profiles) and providing recommendationsLoan compliance and administrationAssistance with acquisitions, recapitalizations and dispositions within the portfolio
QualificationsBachelor's degree from four-year college/universityFinance, economics, or other quantitative field preferredMinimum three years’ experience; prior asset management or finance roles preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills
