The Growth Support Specialist Senior is responsible for collaborating with engagement leaders, market development teams, and business development professionals to support all aspects of line of business and industry marketing and growth activities. They are responsible for coordinating and mastering growth platform tools to support marketing and business development initiatives, including but not limited to go-to-market, launch and pursuit teams, market-facing sponsorship and events, campaign support, maintenance of data quality, and preparation of proposals and pursuit deliverables. They are responsible for maintaining the integrity of team growth dashboards, eCRM management and reporting, database management and analytics, local events, and assist as needed with sponsorships and participation in industry and trade membership activities. The Growth Support Specialist Senior is responsible for supporting complex and/or regional go-to-market, launch and pursuit teams. The Growth Support Specialist Senior will collaborate with engagement leaders to produce brand and risk compliant marketing and pursuit deliverables. They may collaborate with the Pursuit B proposal team (PBPT) to develop proposal skills and create pursuit deliverables with the opportunity to join the PBPT. The Growth Support Specialist Senior will provide training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Coordinate growth strategy withgo-to-market, launch and pursuit teams, relationship leaders, business developers, and other internal market development teams such as Internal Marketing and Communications, National Data, and the North American Pursuit and Proposal teamsActively engaged in multi-faceted and high-value pursuit management and team supportDevelop team structure and keep stakeholders on the same page while prepping for meetings and driving the pursuit processActively engage with CRM platform to monitor growth and relationship activity tracking and due datesElevated CRM skill set to create and provide relationship insights and reportingPerform research to provide individual pursuit, industry or line of business insightsMaintain database of marketing collateral, proposals and presentationsCreate and coordinate delivery of pursuit deliverablesSupport IMC market development manager initiatives forgo-to-market, launch and pursuit teams, events, and/or campaignsServe as liaison and point of contact between go-to-market, launch and pursuit teams and market development managersCoordinate activities and manage relationships with various trade and industry groupsMaintain working knowledge of systems, tools, and resources that may be beneficial to client servers (i.e. Collateral, white papers, research, events, client reports, sales pipeline reports, etc.)Pursuit database managementEntering, tracking, and reporting of all types of eCRM activitiesProvide ad hoc reporting on marketing and related activities as requestedAssist go-to-market, launch and pursuit teams and growth initiatives by managing growth dashboardConduct research on targets and pursuit companies; assist with development of account plansTrack key demographic informatioDevelopment of sales pipelineReview pursuit deliverables to monitor brand and risk compliance and quality assurance standards while ensuring adherence to Associated Press (AP) and RSM styles, proper formatting, and firm branding guidelinesEnsure effective support of relationship development and growth strategy by collaborating with ESS growth team leaders, engagement leaders, business developers and launch and pursuit teamsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience in related field

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS (Required)

Demonstrates a comprehensive working knowledge of tools, resources and technology required with assigned responsibilitiesProficient with customer relationship management softwareAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to learn other platforms (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics)Strong grammar and proofreading knowledgeStrong organization, prioritization, and time management skillsStrong attention to detail

Experience
