As a Human Resources Outsourcing, Supervisor at RSM, you will work with small and mid-sized businesses in diverse industries and receive hands-on client experience with direct access to executive management. You will have the resources and cross-functional support of the leader in the middle market in an environment which will allow you to bring your ideas and experience in shaping our client solutions as we grow the Human Resources Outsourcing capability within the Human Capital Advisory practice. Responsibilities

Lead engagements with RSM client companies and serve as their primary point of contact for both management and staffParticipate in the initial HR Assessment of a new client company and help build and organize the client’s HR programHandle onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, COBRA, leaves of absence, employment status changes and other day-to-day recordkeeping and compliance related mattersProvide guidance to managers on how to handle performance problems, disciplinary matters, compliance concerns, or other workplace issuesBuild rapport with client companies and their employees through responsive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable delivery of servicesMaintain meticulous records and assist with data compilation and reporting of employee information internally and externallyParticipate in the development of proposals and business development activities.Develop new market relevant tools, methodologies, products and deliverables for the rapidly changing environment in Human Resources

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, HRIS, Management, or FinanceMinimum 7+ years of experience in Human ResourcesUnderstanding of the HR function and best practices related to processes, technology utilization, and policy creationAbility to travel up to 10%Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEagerness to learn and ability to stay current with HR trends and key workplace issuesProficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a professional services firm, CPA firm, PEO, ASO, or HR Consulting firmFunctional understanding of HRIS systemsExperience serving clients across multiple industries and consulting on Human ResourcesDeep understanding of the contemporary trends impacting human resources and the future of work
