📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesHandle collections on non-paying loans, follow up on monthly unpaid loan payments, track and follow up on loan extensions and charges, track incoming payments as needed, make interest adjustments and calculations, and work closely with the Loan Servicing side. Prepare reconveyances for loan payoffs (or partial reconveyances) as title/escrow companies request.Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for investors.Prepare and provide Loan Servicing Agreements and statements to Investors.Perform other departmental duties as assigned.Handle some front office/ office manager functions as described above.
