RTX is licensed in the US by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a Swap Execution Facility. FINTECH TRADING STARTUP/ INTEREST RATE DERIVATIVES Job Title: Business Analyst - Trading Systems Location: New York, NY (onsite) Role Description • Collaborate with rates trading business and major bank dealer customers to identify, design and document solutions to address trading franchise business needs.• Develop functional specifications and test cases• Prioritize and manage the backlog• Partner with development team to ensure projects are delivered to meet the business functional and non-functional requirements Experience--The ideal Candidate • 5+ years experience as a business analyst or quality assurance analyst on electronic trading systems in equities, fx and/or fixed income• 2+ years embedded in an Agile / Scrum development model• 2+ years developing software platforms with offshore teams• Startup experience highly desirable Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering• Masters Degree or MBA a plus• Hands on approach with a strong work ethic• Entrepreneurial spirit s
