Position Title: Customer Support Representative/Account Representative-Sr
Location: South Jordan, UT
Duration:6months Contract
Pay rate: $19.00 to $21.00/hr. on w2.
Preference Criteria
We prefer candidates with either a College Degree or Previous Contact Center Experience.
Position Description: Join our Client as a Customer Support Representative where you'll handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries. You'll respond with accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include cash management products, online services, and general account or financial-related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career-driven, and committed to delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional phone support by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their concerns, and resolving conflicts with a sense of urgency. Offer high-quality technical support for enterprise software and hardware to end-users. Apply technology knowledge to support existing systems and address client needs professionally via phone, chat, or in-person. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software problems, including installation, modification, cleanup, and repair of computer hardware and peripherals. Assess, triage, research, train, and resolve incidents and requests related to application software and infrastructure components in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Qualifications
Two to five years of proven, qualified related work experience in a comparable complex, high-tech, and fast-paced work environment Preferred work experience in a technical support role but not required Ability to diagnose the cause of problems in a complex environment and to provide effective solutions quickly Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
