📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Russell Tobin is working with an internationally leading AEC firm to add to their growing team! We are looking for an experienced Electronic Security Systems/Information, Communication, and Technology Engineer who can be based out of Los Angeles or San Francisco. Responsibilities Lead the design and consulting efforts for ICT / Electronic Security SystemsIntegrate technical requirements into security design drawings/models, covering ICT, Access Control (ACS), intrusion detection systems (IDS), video surveillance systems (VSS), and moreStay updated on the latest ICT / ESS vendors and solutions, collaborating closely with clients and vendors to deliver exceptional solutionsProduce technical reports, Basis of Design (BOD) narratives, and CSI Master format specificationsCoordinate with clients, architects, and construction managers, ensuring seamless project executionAssist in proposal responses for new projects and support ongoing projects with additional service requestsContribute to resource allocation and financial forecasting on assigned projectsActively pursue new business opportunities and foster key client relationships
Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in technical/STEM discipline or equivalent experience8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably supporting DoD and/or Federal Government ICT infrastructureBICSI RCDD and/or ASIS PSP certification preferred, along with the ability to obtain a US Secret Security ClearanceProficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and a local vendor/client network would be advantageous
Benefits:Salary range of $105,000 to $160,000.
