Data Compliance Associate

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Data Compliance Associate to provide administrative data compliance and integrity support to our client in Redmond, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the ecommerce industry. This is an 11-month contract position.

Job Title: Data Compliance AssociatePay: $22.00-$24.98/hour (based upon experience)Duration: 11-monthsSchedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week (8:00a-5:00p)Location: ONSITE 5x/week in Redmond, WA (*free parking onsite)

Our client's Global Trade & Compliance team plays a crucial role in ensuring they meet the highest standards of compliance while maintaining the efficiency of their operations. You will assist in various data entry and compliance-related tasks.

Responsibilities: Onboarding contingent workers into the client's gateway and managing laptop shipments, including providing tracking information to suppliers.Adding aliases to contingent worker permission teams.Reviewing system daily entries and updating records accordingly.Auditing contingent worker monthly and daily reports.Reviewing weekly reports for accurate data entries.Conducting manual validations to ensure data accuracy.Tracking work order end dates to facilitate timely offboarding of contingent workers in accordance with the client's policy.Validating and inputting accurate information into relevant systems.Identifying and implementing streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data entry.Completing high-volume tasks within specified deadlines.

Required Skills:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of experience in data entry or related work manipulating large data sets.Proficiency in Outlook, Quicksight, Smart Sheets, and Excel.High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and self-motivation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent interpersonal communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.Advanced experience in data entry with the ability to navigate and manipulate large datasets.
