Position: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Franklin, TN 37067 - Hybrid
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Pay rate: $14.00/hr
JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities
Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company’s database.Ensuring all works data is entered correctly.Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television.Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management.Other related duties as assigned.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred.Strong analytical background.Excellent organizational skills.Detail-oriented.Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task.Ability to learn quickly and work proactively.Works well in a team environment essential.Desirable (but not essential)Experience using an AS400 system.Prior music publishing company experience in a copyright administration-related role
