Job Title: HR Project Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Onsite: 1-2 days/week, up to 5 days/week during peak periods)
Hourly Rate: $48 - $52 / hr
Hours per Week: 30-40 hours depending on workload
W2 Contract Duration: 4 months
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of key initiatives as part of an operating model transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR project management, managing complex employee events, and working with senior leaders. This role will involve developing and maintaining project documentation, managing project risks and issues, and fostering relationships with HR colleagues to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
Provide HR project management for an operating model transformation, including employee events, new team formation, and engagement with leaders.Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and change control documentation.Develop materials to support change management, learning & development, teaming, and onboarding.Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Conduct regular meetings with project teams to provide updates on project status, discuss challenges, and make recommendations for improvement.Manage stakeholder expectations and provide guidance and advice throughout the project duration.Foster and maintain good relationships with HR colleagues to ensure that processes are maintained and supported following project completion.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR Project Management.Experience with Smartsheets or similar project management tools.Experience creating HR training programs and communications for enterprise organizations.Ability to work with highly confidential information.
Nice to Have
SHRM-CP certification.PMP certification.
