Mixed Commercial Superintendent

Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety regulations.Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality meet company standards and client expectations.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction, including disputes between subcontractors, design changes, and unforeseen site conditions.Participate in project meetings, including pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, and close-out meetings.

Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Construction Superintendent on $15M+ ground up K-12 commercial projects
