Position: Non-IT Project Analyst
Pay rate: $30/hr. to 35/hr. on W2
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402 (Hybrid – 3 days a week on-site)
Duration: Till Dec 31, 2024, with possible extension
Job Details
Project/program management. Projects include document management, document review and editing, coordinating risk-analysis responses, some financial analysis, calendar management across the org, process development and optimization.Participates in the design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or process improvement related in nature.Interfaces with internal resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.Manages engagement of the project stakeholders and evaluates overall team performance.Requesting a resource with 2-5 years’ experience; work while in college sufficient.Of that time, 1-3 years of experience in project management activities
Required Skills
Visio – experience creating and maintaining process mapping.Project Management – certification not required/not preferred.Excellent writing, grammar skillsStrong professional presenceAbility to self-manage deliverables in a fast-paced matrixed work environment.Strong organizational and analytical skills
Minimum Education
Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
