Onboarding Specialist

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to provide support to our client's Shipping Department in Atlanta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the ecommerce industry.

Job Title: Onboarding Specialist | Customer Service Pay: $21.00-$24.00/hour (based upon experience)Duration: 6-Months (Opportunity to Extend)Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/weekLocation: HYBRID - ATLANTA, GA | 3 Days In Office; 2 Days WFH

As the Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process of new shippers. Your responsibilities will include account maintenance, addressing various issues, and guiding shippers through the resolution process by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the commercial team to onboard new shippers onto the company's shipping platform.Maintain shipper accounts and address issues as they arise.Resolve queries and issues by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.Guide new shippers through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.Maintain professionalism and clear communication throughout all interactions.

Basic Qualifications:3+ years prior experience in customer service. (face-to-face interaction and/or call center experience preferred).Confidence in working with upper-level management on a regular basis.Excellent communication skills with maturity and self-confidence.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively.Familiarity with online shopping and research.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, chat, and internet usage.High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a customer service professional (face-to-face interaction and/or call center experience preferred).College degree.
