Job Title: Operations AnalystLocation: Austin, TX 78727 (Hybrid schedule)Duration: 5 Months plusPay Range: $45/hr -$55/hr on W2 (DOE)
Job Description:Strong knowledge of digital payments or partner management desired Support operations activities for partners in the areas of launch readiness, reporting/analytics, production support, and customer care.Engage autonomously with large cross-functional teams and external partners. Develop process documentation, streamline, and optimize processes effectively within the client's culture.Influence decisions and organizational change through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.Synthesize complex issues into a clear story and/or assess operational opportunities.
