What are we looking for in our Program Manager ?
Title: Program Manager
Location: Seattle or Minneapolis (Remote PST)
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Pay Range : $75-95/hr. on W2 Depending on experience
Job Duties
Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Research, Sales, Marketing and Operations stakeholders to build a comprehensive roadmap for Parametric’s Digital Platform and Client ExperiencePartner with Managing Director to provide Digital program, roadmap, and implementation plans and trackingIntegrate with Digital Technology Team to design, implement, and deliver portfolio of applications and services to enhance the Client ExperienceCollaborate with customers and/or industry partners on custom system integrations to realize B2C and/or B2B opportunitiesManage implementation activities for concurrent work-streamsTranslate business use cases into functional specifications and work with team leads on work-breakdownDevelop and track KPIs and project success metricsEnsure consistency with and application of PMO standards, processes, and controls throughout the Digital programThere are no direct reports, but you will guide different technology teams and act as a mentor for junior PMO resources
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred10+ years of Business Analysis, Project/Program Management experience required, with proven ability to manage multiple related and concurrent workstreamsPMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP and/or CSM certification strongly preferredAsset Management and/or Digital platform domain expertise with experience managing software delivery of client facing applications is highly preferredProven ability as liaison between technical teams and business visionaries – not a “go between” but rather facilitator and someone who can capture the vision from both points of view into a cohesive roadmap and implementation planProven ability to write well-formed, clear documentation and hold presentations for large groupsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbsolute passion for enhancing the client experience through technologyExperience with Agile/Kanban Software Development
