Project Manager - K-12

The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery in planning, coordinating, and executing projects while meticulously adhering to predetermined budgets, timelines, and scopes. Moreover, they will excel in monitoring project progress and delivering comprehensive updates to pertinent stakeholders, clients, and team members. ResponsibilitiesEnsure all safety compliance and quality programs are being executed on the project site. Maintain strict control over the budget and keep project on schedule, ensuring ongoing profitability.Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, identifying critical path milestones and potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project plans.

QualificationsA minimum of seven (7) years of relevant construction operations experience, 2+ years as a Project Manager. Minimum 1 K-12 project from start to finish. A bachelor degree, preferably in construction management, engineering or a related field.Effective communication skills to motivate your team, delegate tasks, and present proposals to clients with competence and confidence.The fortitude to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking with a sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
