Job Title: Technical RecruiterPay: $36.00 - 60.00/hour (based upon years of experience)Duration: CONTRACT TO HIRESchedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week Location: preference for candidates local to Kansas City, MO
Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers and Senior Recruiter to understand their technical staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and ATS tools.Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and closing candidates.
Basic Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience as a technical recruiter (2+ years), with a focus on hiring technical talent.Deep understanding of technical roles and skill setsAbility to identify and engage passive candidates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Preferably experience with UKG, Blue Yonder, SAP.
