Attracting high caliber talent into our organization is fundamental in securing the success of our growing innovative business. This is an exciting time to join us as an University Relationship & Talent Acquisition Advisor, as we're aiming to ensure that our recruitment and marketing activities meet the needs of our growing business.

You will work to design and deliver the early careers strategy with universities, colleges and schools in the US. You will be organizing recruitment, communicating attraction messages, and gaining internal support to ensure our early careers programs are positively and authentically delivered. You will also support professional hiring activities in the US.

Your responsibilities

Building and maintaining trustful relationships with business schools, universities, and career services to build an employer brand presence.Managing of events both externally (on-campus / virtual engagement activities) and internally (networking and development events) to promote early careers programs.Driving and improving our brand awareness across locations to seek interest with the younger audience, growing the RWESTA early careers brand.Conducting market research and strategy formulation for university events and activities.Being an advocate within the early careers community to successfully turn engagement into positive branding.Driving DE&I initiatives. Delivering our Early Careers Strategy including attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, development, and program management alongside global colleagues.Supporting Professional Hiring activities and strategy through candidate screening, interview coordination and other talent acquisition activities.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to seek and build trustful relationships and collaborations. Keen understanding and willingness of marketing principles, analytics, market segmentation, target marketing strategies, tactical execution and brand positioning. Commitment to grow as a true brand ambassador to support the RWE Supply & Trading business in the US.Personality style that is positive, enthusiastic, transparent and confident. Curiosity & having passion for early careers.Ability to work in a fast-paced, energized, and quickly changing environment. Desire to continuously learn and grow in your expertise.
