Job DescriptionRyan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Project Manager I to join our team in Seattle!

Some things you can expect to do:Lead construction progress meetings.Oversee design development.Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering and at least 4-6 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multi-family experience preferred).
You will really stand out if you:Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore other management toolsManaged projects from ground up to completion on project values $40M - $60MMust have experience building in or around the Seattle, WA area (past or currently)Communicate proactively and effectively, focus on customers, and display a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
SalaryPlease note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act for positions located in Washington. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts based on a variety of factors including experience, education, and other job-related reasons.
Salary range: $105,000 - $130,000 per year
