Job Responsibilities.Enhanced Risk Management Validation Project Strategy / Goal Assess the Risk Management / 2nd line of defense functions, with an emphasis on Global Compliance and Operational Risk and broader Risk Framework Daily Function Resources Will Perform Process walkthroughs with business partners, risk and control assessments, test program development, sampling and testing execution, work paper documentation.

The Sr. Associate will perform Internal Audit test work to assess the Global Compliance and Operational Risk and broader Risk Framework including conducting process walkthroughs with second line business partners, assessing the risks and controls for test program development, selecting samples and executing substantive and process design assessment testing, completing workpaper documentation. To Perform This Role Understanding of the risk management / second lined of defense function with a primary focus on compliance and operational risk or broader Risk Framework, and the emerging risks associated. Capability to execute internal audit readiness assessment work.

Requirements:A minimum of 2yrs Internal Audit (IA) experience in a global banking environment or a minimum of 2yrs Internal Audit (IA) experience or a consulting firm supporting a global banking client is required. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required. Experience reviewing, analyzing, assessing, testing and validating remediation plans is required.Good communication skills and experience presenting to mid-level and Sr. Leaders. CPA highly desired but not requiredPrevious management consulting experience is a huge plus but not required.
