We are located just outside Pittsburgh, PA in a full-service 52,000 sq. ft. facility with the capability to design, budget, fabricate, ship, and install a variety of materials and custom features nationwide. Maintaining our state-of-the-art woodworking tools and software ensures both precision and speed for our client’s most complex jobs. Our nationwide service has expanded to providing full architectural woodwork packages to general contractors, construction managers, and directly to Owners. Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team in Oakdale, PA. This position will be responsible for management of the full cycle of millwork projects from estimating handoff through fabrication to successful installation, including:

Understanding and facilitating execution of full scope of projectsReading and interpreting architectural drawings and specificationsDevelopment and maintenance of project budget to ensure profitable completionReview and coordination of shop drawings and product data submittalsInterpreting project schedules to building and maintain fabrication/installation schedulesSourcing and coordination of materials and subcontractorsPreparing and releasing documents for internal fabrication and shippingMaintaining owner/client relations

What You Will Need To Be Successful

(3) years’ experience relative to millwork or similar manufactured products, preferred but not required. Must have the ability to read drawings and interpret specifications. Analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Computer skills required – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Be motivated and self-driven while progressing in a team environment. Must be able to work well in an office and shop environment. Ability to master understanding of basic construction methods regarding architectural millwork. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
