📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Salary: $60K - $70K
Are you a graphic designer who's well versed in the design and layout of a range of different types of assets, including ebooks, infographics, social content, blog headers, and even GIFs? Do you get pumped thinking about color palettes and typography? Can you digest a brand book and whip out a design template in your sleep?

RESPONSIBILITIES:Review design briefs and determine development requirementsConceptualize design, layout, and visual assets based on written copy and design directionProvide strategic direction for project design and prepare design templates and mood boardsPitch design concepts to internal team membersManage clients' brand books and adhere to style and brand guidelines when producing designsAbility to handle a range of design deliverables and formats, including ebook layouts, landing page design, blog header images, infographics, social imagery, report design, and presentation templates.Partner closely with creative team and account managers to deliver high-quality digital content for both internal and client projectsWork with the internal business development team to update and maintain internal presentation decks and assets
QUALIFICATIONS:2-5 years of experience as a graphic designerDetail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projectsSelf-starter with the willingness to take a project and run with itAbility to communicate ideas and creative concepts effectively and handle constructive feedback and revise accordinglyAbility to apply creative problem-solving to solve client challengesEnjoy creating a diverse range of asset types and formats Hands-on experience with design software (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma)Ability and eagerness to learn new programs and design in alternate programs Basic knowledge of HTML and banner developmentWell-versed in best practices for various digital social media deliverables - video and displayProficient in Google Docs, productivity and communication tools (Slack) and content management systems (WordPress). Bonus points for experience with Monday.com
