The role in a nutshell

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager with a proven track record in driving Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and adept at managing commercial metrics. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving revenue growth through effective product strategies.

How you will make a difference

Develop and execute product-led growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Leverage data-driven insights to optimise user journeys and enhance product adoption. Take ownership of commercial metrics Analyse and interpret commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Work closely with finance and sales teams to align product strategies with revenue targets. Develop a clear and compelling product vision aligned with business goals and market trends. Create and prioritise the product backlog based on customer needs, market trends, and revenue potential. Communicate the product roadmap to internal stakeholders Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric product experience. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and understanding. Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and pain points.

What will give you an advantage

Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) methodologies and best practices. Demonstrated experience managing commercial metrics and driving revenue growth. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with agile development methodologies. Experience with SaaS or subscription-based products. Familiar with analytics and business intelligence tools.
