Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Seeking an individual with a commitment to safety, experience in working with Tank Farms (opening closing valves, blowing down lines, etc.) and an ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (handling various materials). Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities To Include

Leading a team of 2 colleagues offering guidance and instruction as needed to keep the operation moving. Commitment to operating within CHES safety policies/procedures Loading (product/supplies) and unloading (waste containers) from Dolton Branch route trucks daily. Ensuring compliance in EPA & DOT regulations by confirming accuracy of container labeling, proper container closure and Daily reconciliation of all CWT (Containerized Waste Tracking) containers that were unloaded during the shift. Dumping dirty Mineral Spirits containers unloaded from the day's services and the Mothership program. Rinsing and refilling emptied containers to produce inventory "Stock" for Dolton services and Mothership.

Qualifications

What does it take to work at Safety-Kleen?

High School diploma or equivalent required; Must be 18 years or older; 1+ Years of related experience; Fork lift experience preferred (Not Required); Ability to use computer; Ability to lift 50 or more pounds;
