Wholly manage all aspects of the site environmental program

• Continuously evaluate the compliance for site environmental obligations to Safran and Regulatory requirements
• Integrate pollution prevention and environmental sustainability into the management of industrial processes
• Drive improvement in environmental programs (Air, Regulated and Non-Regulated Waste, Wastewater, Stormwater, Chemical Use & Management, among others)
• Improve efficiencies in environmental management through industrial process improvement
• Support company certifications/permits relating to environmental management
• Develop and deliver, as needed, employee training with respect to environmental management needs
• Perform other related duties as needed

Physical / Environmental Scope of Position

• Through regular management activities, may be exposed to hazardous wastes, chemicals, biological agents and air contaminants
• Subjected to inside environmental conditions related to noise, vibrations, extreme temperatures, heights and other related industrial hazards
• Vocal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required for safety, direction, and the exchange of ideas in the industrial environment Work in confined spaces and wear a respirator and/or self-contained breathing apparatus
• Perform duties requiring climbing, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 pounds periodicallyExperience/Education/Certification Required

• Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering or Technical discipline required. Advanced studies / degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years relevant experience field.
