As a SageSpring Wealth Partners Paraplanner, you'll assist Advisors in determining a variety of opportunities to educate clients and help them achieve and exceed their financial goals. This position will require extensive research and analysis of client data, utilizing planning software and various other tools to provide a clear and concise financial plan. The successful Paraplanner will be analytical, have an attention to detail, and have a nose for problem-solving.

Key Functions Of The Paraplanner

Prepare letters, forms, and spreadsheets to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients.Prepare investment reports, deliverables, and client agendas for meetings with clientsEnter and receive orders for the Financial Advisor.Ensure required client paperwork is current with firm and industry requirements, rules and regulations.Be responsible for meeting follow up process and implementing proposed recommendationsMaintain databases and create reports using portfolio software programs.Systematically review households for planning opportunities & enhancementsGather client information for analysis and incorporation into ongoing financial planning processAnswer advanced client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person related to ongoing financial managementAssists Financial Advisor with marketing efforts for seminars and compliance approval for advertising literature.Receives cross-training and assists with other operational functions as required.

Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree in finance, accounting, business or related field3+ years of prior industry experience as a registered associate in sales and supportCurrent Series 65 holder and/or professional CFP designation
