📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Join our fast-growing skincare brand and become a fundamental member of our expanding team. We are looking for a brand ambassador in New York City to share their love of clean beauty and wellness via education and sales with our partner accounts with a specific focus on Credo Beauty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean skincare and even Ayurveda and be well versed in common skincare vernacular. They will also have an impressive history with sales.
Responsibilities: Support the sales of Sahajan in-store through strong product knowledge, communication, confidence and genuine passion Educate retail team and customers about Sahajan and the collection. Accommodate set sales targets and work with retail and Sahajan teams to achieve them Build relationships to influence long-term growth, including creating brand events Complete store visit reports accurately and on time Communicate field level trends, opportunities, and customer inquiries with Sahajan management team on a regular basis to maximize sales growth. Complete mini-treatments on the floor during brand events.
Qualifications: Previous cosmetic or skincare sales experience is preferred 2+ years in a CPG industry preferred Experience in a retail setting, beauty and wellness space is preferred Proven track record of strong communication skills Self-motivated and driven to get the job done in a timely and professional manner Entrepreneurial- make work spirit! No criminal record (Police check to be provided)
The Details: This role will be part of the NYC team, focusing on all Credo Beauty retail accounts in the specified territory (UES, SoHo and Williamsburg). Part-time, approximately 8-12 hours/week
