Primary Skills: Experience with supporting operations (launch readiness, reporting/analytics, production support, and customer care).Experience with digital payments or partner management (financial institutions/banks/credit card companies/etc)Experience with Developing process documentation, streamline, and optimize processes effectively. Engage autonomously with large cross-functional teams and external partners. Develop process documentation, streamline, and optimize processes effectively within the Apple culture.Influence decisions and organizational change through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.Synthesize complex issues into a clear story and/or assess operational opportunities.
Responsibilities:Strong knowledge of digital payments or partner management.Support operations activities for partners in the areas of launch readiness, reporting/analytics, production support, and customer care.Engage autonomously with large cross-functional teams and external partners.
