Title : Recruiter (Full Lifecyle on Finance Positions) Location: Atlanta based Remote job (need to be from Atlanta, GA)Duration: 6+ months Contract (may be extended 6-12 months)
Need to have experience recruiting for Finance positions.
Contract recruiter-5-7 years of experience Personality is everything for this position. Candidate must be articulate, professional, and very “client facing”.They will be working with leaders in Finance org to identify talent in perm openings. Will need to have a min, of 5 years of recruiting experience. Must be “client facing” (they will gather requirements with hiring managers and provide all necessary follow up and communication and will manage everything from the sourcing effort to offer letters and onboarding- They will need to sell candidates on the job and close them and negotiate the perm salaries. Candidates must have full lifecycle recruiting experience.If they don’t have full lifecycle experience, then please pass on them.
