Key Qualifications
High School Degree or GED required. With 1-5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, or direct to consumer warehouse operations.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Flexibility with regard to tasks and schedules.Must be articulate with verbal and written communication skills. Communicates in a timely and appropriate manner to all levels. Ensures the manager is well informed on a consistent basis and comply with all company policies, including safety, productivity, and quality guidelines.Essential, sustainable physical requirements include: standing for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs, manual dexterity, push or pull up to 50 lbs.Ability to be trained/MHE Certified.Positive attitude.Team player
Role Description
Assist/support department personnel.Moves material to and from storage and production areas.Loads and Unloads docks & delivery vehicles by forklift (if certified), hand and other equipment. Attaches identifying placards to material and/or marks them with pertinent information.Hangs/takes down racks of product to stage for production.Support the department with supplies as needed.Ability to utilize RF Gun for product replenishment.Carries out general housekeeping duties such as sweeping and picking up discarded material.Attention to detail and productivity, as well as positive attitude and flexibility.Must be able to work in a team environment.Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner.Maintain 5S standards in the department.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
