Role Summary

As an outbound processor, you will review details of orders, check products for damage, pack merchandise for customers, and work with leadership to correct issues.

Key Qualifications

High School Degree or GED requiredMust have an understanding of English language and be able to follow both written and verbal instructions - Must have basic math skillsMust be able articulate verbal and written communication skills. Communicates in a timely and appropriate manner to all levels. Ensures manager is well informed on a consistent basis and comply with all company policies, including safety, productivity, and quality guidelinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to take ownership of assigned areaGood computer skills with an ability to learn new systems quicklyAbility to operate the Agile packing system and other supporting systems as requiredDependable, work with a sense of urgency. Demonstrated past performance containing high energy and delivering positive resultsExcellent organizational and efficiency skillsWork well under pressure and time constraintsInternal drive to exceed goals and expectations in a positive and professional mannerDemonstrates enthusiasm in a team environment to deliver positive resultsEnsure a safe working environment through compliance of building policies and proceduresThe incumbent is required to have sustainable physical requirements including but not limited to: standing for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs repeatedly, manual dexterity of hands to process orders, push or pull up to 50 lbs - Must be able to hear equipment and warning signalsMay operate warehouse equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which requires some coordinated movements
