Communications Manager

The Communications Manager is a strategic and results-oriented individual who will oversee all internal communications for Salad and Go. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication campaigns that effectively promote the company's mission, vision, and values.

As the Manager of Internal Communications for Salad and Go, you will:Bring a creative mindset to communication efforts by exploring innovative ways to engage the target audience and ensure high-impact messaging that aligns with SAG' culture and values. Spearhead the development of a comprehensive listening strategy to gain valuable insights from team members across the organization. Assess where technology, specifically AI, can be most beneficial. Serve as a strategic business partner to field operations leaders to develop and maintain a comprehensive communication strategy for frontline operations, including product launches, promotional campaigns, policy updates, training materials, and other relevant communication materials. Develop firsthand knowledge of our three distinct workforces—store operations, central kitchen operations, and support team members—to understand the best communication mediums for each audience.
