Job Summary

This position will support execution of tasks for the Advanced Buildings, Hydrogen, and Renewables team in the Innovation division.

Job Tasks Include

Managing projects from initiation to completion; including scope, schedule and budgetsManage and develop relationships & increase coordination with key stakeholdersManage contractors and program support agreementsResolve issues which may arise regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultantsSupport the development and refinement of PONs and RFPsMake recommendations for improvements to NYSERDA’s strategies and business processesSupport program reportingOther duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Efficiency Planning and Engineering Team

Required Skills Include

Bachelor's degree in business administration, science or engineering3-6 years of experience of relevant project management experienceProject management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;Manage scope, schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements;Support strategic market engagement and partnership development;Facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules, and business processes;Excellent external and customer communications (written and verbal) skills;Must be a self-starter and function well independently and in teams;Must be a high level Microsoft Excel user, and be able to perform Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and advanced data analysis of complex data set

Compensation

This is a full-time position as a Salas O’Brien employee working remotely. Benefits include a health insurance plan, a 401K profit sharing plan, and PTO. The position offers competitive compensation with an anticipated annual salary range of $65,000 to $85,000, based on candidate experience.
