The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted advisor to the business to help guide decision-making through business partner support and innovative and informative analyses. We are looking for forward-thinking, results-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced environment, and improve processes that will allow the company to scale with growth! This role will support the Office of the CEO, Impact, and Employee Benefits organizations from a financial planning & analysis perspective. The F&S G&A team is seeking a self-starter who builds thoughtful analysis and reporting to enable budget execution & optimization to deliver growth and efficiencies across the company. This role partners closely with teams across the Company to drive results.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with business partners to support strategic decision-making through insightful, thoughtful analysis that is deeply grounded in data and metrics.Prepare quarterly and monthly management forecast and budget vs. actuals reporting for F&S senior leadership.Achieve forecast targets. Perform actual and forecast variance analyses to understand drivers, distill and synthesize key messages to business partners.Work cross functionally with Finance & Strategy, functional teams, Sourcing, Accounting and other business partners.Build detailed financial, scenario based models to evaluate investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives.Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and drive process improvements.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines and to produce quality work in an organized, timely and efficient manner.Assist with ad-hoc analysis and requests as needed.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS degree required.2-4 years of relevant experience.Advanced spreadsheet skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.Detail oriented and organized.FP&A experience with forecasting and financial cycle deliverables and decision support models.Strong teamwork, collaboration, communication, reporting, and presentations skills.
