Baker and Packager Associate

Position Summary...

Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through follow recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. It's hard work, but our bakery team finds it rewarding, especially since they're a part of a large team with a common goal: happy, satisfied members.

What you'll do...

Be an Expert: Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; following recipes/make-up instructions; wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment; and demonstrating understanding of product and layout execution.. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizing hand held technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapting to new tools and encouraging others to use them. We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Functional expert to join our Payroll Tech team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations including at least one large scale end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the largest-ever payroll implementation.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include translating requirements into technical solutions, gathering necessary information, such as design documents and product requirements, and SAP payroll config. You will also conduct unit testing, communicate status and issues to team members and stakeholders, collaborate with project and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot open issues and bug-fixes, ensure on-time delivery and hand-offs, and provide leadership to the project team. Your role will involve SAP Payroll configuration, reviews, troubleshooting data and config issues by gathering information, issue resolution, conducting root cause analysis, unit testing and completing necessary documentation. Develop high-quality, scalable, performance-effective and customer-centric solutions in SAP payroll for the US and Canada. Perform hands-on configuration (customizing) work to support new and existing functionality. Serve as the resident team expert for SAP Payroll configuration issues in both support and new implementations. Design and review configuration and functional specifications, collaborating with ABAP HR developers to develop and test significant new functionality and enhancements. Create and execute unit test scenarios for quality assurance activities to ensure all requirements are met. Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for leveraging standard SAP product capabilities. Assist in the technical preparation of Test Scenarios, and End-user documentation. Additionally, you will provide support to the payroll business, developers & test automation engineers by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues. This includes assessing technical feasibility, developing implementation strategies, identifying short and long-term solutions, facilitating resolutions, and leading cross-functional partnerships. Furthermore, you will take the lead in the discovery phase of medium to large projects. This includes collaborating with the SAP product team, project management, payroll business, and automation teams to develop high-level designs and obtain cross-functional approvals. Collaborate with business users and process owners to identify requirements, design enhancements, and functionality to meet payroll business needs. Facilitate problem-solving discussions with the business, internal teams, and project managers to resolve issues and maintain project continuity and requirements.

In summary, you will demonstrate expertise in developing and executing action plans, test automaton, support the implementation of business solutions, model compliance with company policies and procedures, and ensure successful delivery of Payroll with a focus on architectural qualities. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, coaching on appropriate solutions, and driving efficient technical solution design.

What You'll Bring:

A minimum of 8 years relevant experience. Atleast 2-3 end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations including at least one large scale end-to-end SAP Payroll. Hands-on experience in the following areas: - Payroll Control Center (PCC) configuration - HRSP upgrades and year-end activities - BSI tax factory configuration and maintenance - Wage type setup - SCHEMA, PCRs & Taxes for US & CA - Garnishments configuration - Finance posting - Payment models - Taxability setup - Remuneration statement. Experience in year-end activities. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and tasks required during each phase of implementation. Experience in working in a blended delivery model for greenfield and brownfield implementations and operations support. Experience with mid-year/mid-quarter payroll go-live.
