Your Impact at SAM

As a Geomatics Technician, You Will Support Office And Field Staff By Processing Incoming Information And Producing Final Land Surveying Project Deliverables. You Will Report To The Project Manager And Perform Technical Tasks Utilizing The Latest Technology In The A/E/C Industry. You Will Help Increase Land Survey Project Efficiency And Client Satisfaction By

Processing data utilizing SAM standards, including the evaluation of accuracy and sufficiency, all while ensuring compliance to applicable land survey project and industry principles under the direction of your supervisorMonitoring field crew’s production and quality assuranceCarrying out initial QC of field deliverables according to standards and best practicesCoordinating with supervisor to ensure client-specific demands are being met

What You Bring to SAM

Strong desire to learn -little to no experience required; on-the-job training providedStrong computer and technical skills; AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit or similar application is a plusProficiency in technical math; Geometry and Trigonometry are a plus
