Clinical Value Analysis Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSESupports the organization by assisting in the value analysis of clinical products and services requested by SHS caregivers.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONSHS Materials Management Departments are responsible for the supply chain needs of the enterprise. The department provides stewardship of resources and includes the leadership in the areas of purchasing, receiving, distribution and inventory control.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSCurrent unencumbered Oregon RN license required.Three (3) years clinical experience required. Experience in surgical or procedural areas preferred.Three (3) years experience in leadership/coordination of teams, programs, quality improvement, analysis, or operations required.Experience in Epic or a similar clinical HIM platform preferred.

Possess the knowledge and skills to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.Time Management: Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow-up on pending issues. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments and under pressure.
