Solar Technician

```Duties```- Install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems on rooftops or other structures- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar panels and inverters- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with solar systems- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient installation and operation of solar systems- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and with electrical equipment- Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports```Qualifications```- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in solar installation or related field preferred- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in solar installation- Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals- Understanding of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage wiring- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops for extended periods of time- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordNote: Forklift experience is a plus but not required for this position.This job description provides an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for the role of Solar Technician.
