Promotion Team Member

Part of the Hype Team, Promotions Team Members will be responsible for the execution of promotions and entertainment logistics at 49ers home games, such as player introductions, national anthems, select halftime shows, in-game presentations, and various activations. Members may also be asked to assist with other 49ers team events and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties:Represents the San Francisco 49ers, Levi’s® Stadium, and their respective partners as a brand ambassador at all 49ers games and select team events.Responsible for the execution of in-game promotional elements, such as selecting contestants for contests, handing out promotional items to lucky sections, working as a team to execute theme game initiatives and ceremonies, and distributing prizes.Provides energy to both our fans both on and off-camera during key moments of the game to help build a home-field advantage for the team.Assists with on-field entertainment operations and field movements, such as for pregame player introductions, national anthem performances, and select halftime shows.Assists with mascot photo opportunities and appearances, line management, greeting fans and helping distribute giveaways, and setting up and breaking down equipment.Assists with fan engagement initiatives, such as fan group chants and sign ups, skills and drills challenges, and my first 49ers game certificates.Acts as an extension of our guest services team by helping fans with wayfinding, answering questions, taking pictures, and communicating with 49ers Game Presentation staff to ensure all guests have a positive experience when attending games or events.

Required Abilities and Skills:Available for at least 70% of 49ers home games and team events, including any training/rehearsal days.A general understanding of football and passion for the San Francisco 49ers.Excellent communication skills.Charismatic and outgoing personality.Team oriented, works well under pressure, has a positive attitude, self-starter.

Education and Experience:Experience with event production, promotions, entertainment, dance, cheerleading, or performing arts is a plus.Local market knowledge is a plus.Must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation:$18.00 hourly rate
