Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across all platforms including Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to align with our brand's voice and mission.Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with the company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.Fluency in English, and Chinese is a Preference
