Financial Analyst
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Financial Analysts is responsible for preparing regional consolidated management reports, analyzing and interpreting the company's financial data, controlling and driving improvements in company KPIs, and providing decision support and strategic advice to management. They need to have a deep understanding of the company's financial position, identify business trends and risks, and make recommendations for improving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare consolidated management reports for the North American region, interpret and analyze key operational indicators, and identify business performance and financial condition. Manage and analyze variances for key company KPIs such as profit, overseas sales, cost-to-revenue ratio, gross margin, etc., and drive continuous improvement. Track and analyze industry and market trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for the company's strategic planning. Participate in budgeting and financial planning, evaluate budget execution, and provide improvement suggestions. Develop financial models and forecasts to provide guidance and recommendations for future business development to management. Collaborate with various departments to collect and organize financial data, prepare management reports, and decision support materials. Participate in and support financial projects and business analysis to provide support for the company's strategic decisions.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting. Familiarity with financial statement analysis methods and financial metric calculations. Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills. Proficiency in financial software and office applications, such as Excel, financial modeling software, etc. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively communicate with employees at different levels. Strong problem-solving and stress management skills, able to work effectively under pressure. Bi-Lingual (English and Chinese) Required
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
