R&D Director of electric wheel dump truck

Job descriptionTasks and Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the development projects of Heavy-Duty electrical wheels mining dump truck. As an expert, provide advice for decision making in feasibility analysis and participate in technical route and product planning. Lead the whole process management of Heavy-Duty electrical wheels dump truck development from the project definition to mass production.2. Ensure the product objectives and performance are achieved within scheduled key milestones & product development cycle.3. Conduct Issue and risk management, fix upcoming issues actively to ensure overall program performance and customer satisfaction. Take forward looking approach, anticipate and avoid possible issues.4. Manage the developing schedule, budget and expense of the project. Carry out quality control and marketing technical support, conduct regular project progress report, etc.5. Lead and review the project reports & deliverables of each milestone.6. Promote full collaboration within the team, provide guidance and advice, support team members to achieve better product design in a shorter time.7. Inspire and motivate project team, provide leadership and direction towards execution of projects and business goals with suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor degree or above.2. Major: Vehicle Engineering, Machinery.3. At least 10 years engineering or project management experience in Heavy-Duty electrical wheels mining dump truck industry.4. At least 5 years working experience in Heavy-Duty electrical wheels dump truck layout integration and product development. 5. Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work through ambiguity to deliver results.6. Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing customers.
