As an IT Cloud Infrastructure Intern at SAP NS2, you will provide a variety of administrative support to the NS2 Cloud Architecture organization. Work closely with program manager to support NS2 Cloud initiatives. Aid in the design of tools and processes to support team member collaboration, collect project data and prepare go-live communications. Participate in special projects, as required.

Effectively participate in cross-functional project teams and the problem solving processConduct technical hands-on work with Cloud and On-premise application as business needs evolveMay create, review, deliver, and update end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials)and training for accuracyMay create, review deliver, and update documentation related to architecture and securityProvides input on processes, procedures, or new approachesPerform key Recordkeeping functionsPerform work independently within scope of established guidelines and according to specific proceduresAssist Supervisors in handling and resolving issues involving all operational and various IT areasComplete system testing for Change Control enhancementsMaintain clear and effective communications with immediate colleagues and ManagementAdhere to internal procedures and best practices at all timesProject Management (Work streams including Change and Implementation, Technology)Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change controlAssist with basic hands-on data center operations

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf- motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, organizedPast knowledge and experience with data network and IT security related items, including managing and installing patches to servers
