Role: Mendix LeadLocation: Austin, TX and Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)Job Type: Contract

Technical/Functional Skills:6+ years in Enterprise application Integration includes providing Solutions, Design, Development/ Support/Maintenance using Mendix 8 and higher version, having hands on experience in user interface design and development with rich experience in handling integration patterns (REST/SOAP/WEB-WSDL).Expertise in Mendix internals, Domain Model, Microflows and Nanoflows for native app development.Strong Hands-on experience Installation, Upgrades and maintaining the Mendix cloud nodes.Good Expertise in implementing BPM solutions for case Management and process simplification using BPM.Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Mendix etc.Should have good experience in design and development in Mendix.Experience developing custom CSS UI Screen, Plugins , Widgets for Mendix.Experience in designing the integrations based on SOA, which allows different applications to exchange data with one another.Strong SOA Knowledge and webservices knowledge.Good experience in BPEL (Business Process Execution language) to create process and flows.Good experience with developing Business Orchestration base interacting with Web services using Mendix.Experience in using built-in adapters and building customer adapters.Experienced in developing SOA based business integration/process integration solutions using Web Services, XML, JMS, MQ JMS in JBoss / Mendix Studio Pro 8.* environment.Experience in CSS, Java Script, Java Development.Front-end skills in responsive UI, HTML5, CSS3, SASS.Database Experience with Oracle / MySQL. Strong knowledge in Object Oriented concepts.Strong knowledge in design patterns (Service level and data level, Integration and process).Exceptional Communication skills.Experience in IBM BPM, Pega / Appian will be a benefit.

Experience Required:6+ years of experience in BPM and equivalent products like app dev, singanvio, Biazagi ,Pega etc.Expert in Mendix configuration files, Performance fine tuning .Monitoring Strategy around Mendix.High-Availability, Failover, Disaster Recovery Setup and Tests.Experience with designing Applications in Mendix for Mobile & Desktop.Implementation of Mendix Application for Clients.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work independently and deliver on business partner goals.Independent as well as team contributor with good communication and presentation Skills.Certification in Mendix – Advanced Developer / Expert Developer.

Roles & Responsibilities:Work with project / initiatives team to understand the business requirement.Analyze and identify the impacts to the application / processes.Prepare HLD, LLD documents and transition the same to offshore resources.Build business processes using Mendix.Build / Consume Webservices as part of the processes.Build mediation modules.Build / customize adapters.Unit test the processes built.Support testing of the processes.Deploy the processes to test and production.Monitor the performance of the processes in test and production.Need to work independently on assignments based on specific requirements.Coordinate and communicate with various teams.

Generic Managerial Skills:Developer with very good leadership and relationship building skills, who should also be able to independently handle assignments.
