Established in 1947, Saratoga Parent Nursery School is one of the oldest parentparticipation preschools in the Bay Area. We believe in a blended philosophy which provides children with a wondrous and joyful environment of play and discovery. We have a strong parent education component to all our programs.Saratoga Parent Nursery School is seeking a Lead Teacher & Parent Educator in early childhood for our Pre-K Combo class for the 2024-2025 school year (September 3 through May 23). The start date is August 14th. The Pre-K Combo Class serves children ages 3-4 and meets Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm. Each class session has built-in generous prep time before and after class. We follow a traditional school calendar with week-long breaks around Thanksgiving, Christmas, President's Week and Spring Break.Teachers have additional required hours for staff/curriculum meetings (3 hours/month), school events (approximately 30 hours/school year) and additional teacher prep hours.
