📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Description:Primary responsibilities would include but not limit to molecular cloning, small-scale RNA production and purification. The ideal candidate will work closely with molecular biologists, RNA biologists, process engineers and chemists to support the development of self-amplifying mRNA (sa-mRNA) platform technology and process. Organization, multitasking, attention to details and adherence to timelines are critical.Support team members and deliver lab responsibilities as assigned.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum Required Qualifications: B.S./MS degree in molecular biology or related field with 0-3 years of industry experience.Hands on experience with molecular biology techniques, for example electrophoresis, enzymatic reactions, in vitro transcription, nucleic acid purifications Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications: Experienced in mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays and Florescence/Luminescence-based readouts is preferredExperience in developing, validating, optimization and deploying Cell and Molecular Biology based methods is highly desired.
