Human Resource Generalist

Our client, a rapidly growing Manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join their facility as a HR Generalist! This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is outgoing, resourceful, values making an impact on others, and is experienced in the various facets of HR. You will ensure smooth and effective business operations by leading the execution of HR activities such as employee relations, benefits, creating and producing reports, talent acquisition and talent management. The HR Generalist will perform these functions with the highest degree of integrity and compliance of all federal and state regulations, while enforcing new or existing policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Serves as a partner to the leadership team to provide day-to-day HR guidance on HR issues, and strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain the workforce.Perform routine tasks required to administer disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition initiatives, and training and development.Lead full cycle recruitment efforts and initiatives including posting roles, conducting interviews, presenting offers and conducting onboarding/ orientation.Create and lead new hire orientation, scheduling, confirmation of employment eligibility through I-9 verification, tracking and records required for all federal and state agencies. Leveraging systems including HRIS, E-Verify, ADP, HireRight.Own monthly, routine and ad hoc reporting.Develop and maintain good employee communications/relations to promote positive teamwork attitudes and overall company reputation.Additional special projects as needed.Maintain data integrity with HRIS and Time Clock systems.Represent the company and manage community recruiting events.Conduct benefits enrollment process.Complete termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years as HR Generalist2+ years in Manufacturing environmentBachelor's degree from accredited universityProblem-solving skills - identify issues and propose thoughtful solutions in timely mannerStrong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communicationPrioritization and effective use of time to complete work activitiesOrganized, accurate, and thorough in work qualityDevelop and maintain strong working partnerships cross-functionallyIndependent workerBilingual.
